CANCELLATION POLICY
L A T E POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a late fee may apply. After 25 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted, and the full service fee will still be required. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred one time with proper notice. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit & charged a cancellation fee.
